Kaagman & Kortekaas, in the picturesque St. Nicholas Street from the old town, is inspired by the style of contemporary bistros of Paris. It combines a casual and intimate atmosphere with a high quality and recognizable quality. Kaagman & Kortekaas is much game and poultry, homemade sausages and oysters at the bar. It carries a small card with a weekly changing menu with purely traditional and seasonal dishes.

Giel Kaagman has a passion for the craft French-European cuisine. He joined his twelfth in a kitchen, first in his own Enkhuizen and later at several restaurants in Belgium. In Amsterdam, people know him Visaandeschelde, Toscanini and especially his many years as chef at Bordewijk.

Bram Kortekaas is the man of wine, cheese and hospitality. At Bordewijk and the popular Lille he became a popular host with a great knowledge of wine.
