We recently stayed at Stout & Co and the experience was excellent, the rooms are really cool and much more relaxing than staying in a hotel, the location is great, far enough to be away from the madness but close enough to get around the city easily. There are 2 fantastic restaurants within a 5 minutes walk too. We would certainly go again. Well done Stout & Co

The entrances of the rooms connect to an outside hall with nice views on a green patio.
Attention for details and well chosen materials & products gives the spacious rooms a very warm and welcome character.
And not to forget the hearty and healthy breakfast, served by the attentive staff!

A true gem located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle but with easy access to downtown area. The building and the suites are beautifully and thoughtfully designed and the people running it are super nice. Also it’s just a very cool experience staying inside an architecture firm! Must try the breakfast in the lovely dining room at least once during your stay.
We loved staying at Stout & Co.! As others have said, it is in a very quiet area but not at all far from the cities main attractions. We were able to easily walk wherever we wanted and return to our peaceful suite each night to be rejuvenated. I especially enjoyed the lovely patio in the mornings while having a cup of coffee. We didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast but will most definitely make it a point to when we return. Until next time!

The place was in a perfect location, great access to the center but away from the citys hustle and bustle. The apartment was modern, clean and felt like home away from home. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome!

We loved Stout & Co. The place is gorgeous from the building to the room to the peaceful garden patio. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The breakfast was convenient and tasty with local, organic ingredients. There are also a plenty of restaurants in walking distance–I recommend Borrl Kitchen. The botanical garden and zoo are nearby and lovely. We stayed two nights at a popular boutique hotel near the train station and Red Light district the first two nights in town and while it was nice, we far preferred this place and this location. It felt like we were in the “real” Amsterdam rather than the tourist, party, and shopping center. It is a great place to ride a bike, though we did not do that. It is close enough to the main attractions, including the museums, that you can walk in 20 minutes or easily take the tram. We will stay at Stout & Co. if we return to Amsterdam, which I hope is soon! Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and for accommodating our luggage after we checked out.
The location of Stout & Co is convenient for all travelers. We walked all around the center part of the city and were able to easily connect with the transportation for the excursions we booked outside the city. For those who are looking for a unique stay before getting on a cruise I would highly recommend this location as you can take a 5 minute cab ride to the port.

Wonderful stay and very modern and stylish. Excellent room with kitchenette and the most fabulous aromtherapy products in the bathroom. Loved rooftop terrace garden with beautiful plants. Breakfast was stunning, homemade bread too. Location is just 15 mins from the busy centre. Hotel B/B is in a quite location with restaurants and bars at the end if the street. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Stout & Co

Wir wurden excellent betreut, alle Fragen wurden immer ausführlichst beantwortet,bekamen wunderbare Tipps für Restaurants oder diverse Aktivitäten!Studio ist perfekt, sehr bequeme Betten.Terrasse ein schöner Erholungsort. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche,das sofort zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit behoben wurde! Wirklich tolle Betreuung. Auch haben wir an allen vier Tagen das wunderbare frische und extrem leckere Frühstück genossen. Alles perfekt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
